"New Custom Object" tooltip is not pointing to the (+) button

 Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to App Builder > Apps > Workflow Powered
2. Select to create a Workflow App
3. Hover the mouse on the add button (+ icon)

 Actual Result:
"New Custom Object" tooltip is not pointing to the button

 Expected Result:
"New Custom Object" tooltip is pointing to the button
