Intro/Context:

Menu Display fragment allows non-technical users to visually place a menu display fragment while leveraging all the advantages of fragments in particular the usage of common styles to tailor the look and feel of the menu without having to code.

However for more sophisticated menus a developer would have to develop a specific menu template that offers more advanced interactivity to the user.

The goal of this story is to extend the capability for menu display to accommodate widget templates for displaying the navigation menu.

Given a user has define a navigation menu

When a developer create a widget template for that navigation menu

Then this template becomes available to Page Creators to use as a template option for the menu display fragment
