On a content page, widgets shouldn't have padding out of the box in the same way that fragments don't have either.

In version 7.2, the appearance of fragments and widgets was unified so that none of these component types had any padding or margin out of the box. With the aim that they could be always aligned when arranging them on the page.

Right now, in 7.3 the widgets have a padding of around 1rem which implies an inconsistency with respect to the widgets and forces to modify or the spacing of both the fragments and the widgets to be able to align them well on the page.
