Description
A Fieldset become a field after selecting a field inside the Fieldset and repositioning it in the Form Builder.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > Applications > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > Add a field;
3. Go to Advanced tab > Create a Filedset > Add the Fieldset in the Form Builder;
4. Reposition the Fieldset and, very fast, then select the field inside the Fieldset.

Expected Result
It's NOT possible to select a field inside a Fieldset.

Actual Result
It's possible to select a field inside a Fieldset.
