As a theme developer I would like to set the favicon of a color scheme so that my pages within a portal can include a change of favicon with the change of color scheme

      Description

The fav icon is possibly being set here in theme
      <@liferay_util["include"] page=top_head_include />

It would be beneficial to move it to portal normal as it's possible in freemarker to conditionally apply different HTML based on the color scheme. Without this feature in place I will push ahead with using jQuery to hack the HTML so that I don't have to do expensive overriding and development.

Alternatively it could be set here in the look-and-feel XML

Feature request has come up before, here one member was asking in 2014
