Twitter does not show up in activities portlet when database is sharded

      Description

      Set up database sharding.

      1. Deploy Twitter Plugin
      2. Add Twitter Portlet
      3. Configure Twitter Portlet
      4. Twitter activity does not show up in 'Activities' portlet

      This works on localhost but doesnt work on able or baker.com
