Pagination links are not working on the WebContent ItemSelectorPortlet

Reproduction Steps:

1. Set up a master bundle and start it.
2. Go to Content & Data --> Web Content and add a web content folder.
3. Within the web content folder add 21 basic web contents.
4. Go to the Home page (content page) click on the upper icon to edit the page, and from the right side click on the first icon "Fragments and Widgets" and add a paragraph fragment to the Page.
5. Double click on the Paragraph to map it, and on the right, a side menu opens and under "Mapping", click on "+" beside "Content".
6. A popup window opens, select the Folder under Web Content.
7. Click on the next page navigation.

Actual Result: The pagination is not successful and points back to the popup window where you select the folder.

Expected Result: pagination should be successful and navigates to the next page.
