Ellipsis menu is not clickable in page tree in Windows with very long names

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Master (in Windows)
2. Create a new page with the name "This is a page with a very very loooong name"
3. Inside the Navigation Menu, go to "Page Tree"
4. Click in the ellipsis icon on the right side of the name page (Options menu)

Expected behavior
The options menu appears

Actual behavior
The vertical scrollbar appears and there is no way to see the options menu

Additional notes
I've reproduced the issue in Windows.
It is not reproducible in macOS due to the scrollbar's management is completely different.
