 Description

Error when upgrading forms.liferay.com database to 7.3.x

Steps to reproduce

1. Restore the following database:  backup-db-liferayforms-prd-202012010040.tgz
2. Execute database upgrade script by running db_upgrade.sh script in LIFERAY_HOME/tools/portal-tools-db-upgrade-client

 Expected result

All the upgrades are passed without errors

 Actual result

The upgrade process stops because there is a NPE in a upgrade step
