As a content creator

I want that the API exposes the abstract with the first 400 characters when the option is selected

so that the applications consume the correct information

 

Acceptance criteria

Given a blog entry with the description set to take the first 400 characters of the content

When a user retrieves it through the API

Then the server includes in the description property the first characters.
