Environment:
DXP 7.2 Fix Pack 7 + Weblogic + MySQL 5.7
DXP 7.2 Fix Pack 8 + Weblogic + MySQL 5.7
Not reproduced DXP 7.2 Fix Pack 7 + Tomcat + MySQL 5.7

Steps to reproduce

Validate de repositoryID and FolderID
Enter to /api/jsonws
Search for the dl-app/add-file-entry and choose the one that doesn't have a Bytes
Add any type of file and data to every column.

Expected results
The file is uploaded

Actual results
A NPE is shown on the console.
