Intro/Context:

The filter fragment comes with a default template done with JSP and react, but this default templates need to be extended to allow marketer to select custom one created by a template creator.

The goal of this story is to allow extending the templates of fragment filters.

When the template developer has created a new template for filter fragment

Then this template is listed in the fragment template list of the filtering fragment
