Captcha error message always displayed in the default language

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a new form
2. Add a new language different from the default, like Portuguese
3. Add a text field
4. Go to form Settings
5. Enable "Require CAPTCHA"
6. Publish form
7. Go to publication URL
8. Choose the new added language
9. Click on the Text Verification input of CAPTCHA
10. Click out of the Text Verification input of CAPTCHA

Expected Result:
User should see an error message in Portuguese

Actual Result:
User is seeing an error message in the default language
