Reproduction steps:

1. Enable Xuggler
2. Go to Liferay site > Documents and media > Upload a video
3. Copy the DM URL
4. Go to web content > Basic Web Content
5. Type the title and content
6. Click on the video icon in editors
7. Paste the DM URL into the video URL
8. Assert can not add this video

Expected Results: Can add an internal video via URL.

Actual Results: Can not add an internal video via URL.
