Step to reproduce:

1. Add a new site
2. Enable Local Live
3. Navigate to the staging site
4. Add a navigation menu
5. Add a widget page and add this page to navigation menu
6. Navigate to Staging admin > Processes tab
7. Click the plus icon button
8. Uncheck the widget page in Pages to Publish section
9. Click Publish to Live

Expected Results:
The publish process should succeed.

Actual Results:
The publish process failed. Additionally, the following error message is shown in detail
