Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a structure with upload field
2. Add a web content using that created structure
3. Click Select in Upload field
4. Check the breadcrumb link

Actual result:
"Sites and Libraries>Liferay>com.liferay.dynamic.data.mapping.form.web>Forms>test" displays.

Expected result:
"Sites and Libraries>Liferay" displays.
