      Description

      As an admin

      I want to be able to set a limit to the total quota of documents

      so that the database is not overused

       

      Acceptance criteria

      Given an instance with data.limit.max.dl.storage.size property set

      When a user uploads a file
      And the total files uploaded surpassed the limit

      Then the file will not be uploaded and a message will be shown to the user
