Description

Menu sidebar and builder sidebar cannot be visualized together after closing one of them

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structure tab > Add a new structure ('+'  on the top-right corner) 
2. Click on the builder icon to close the builder sidebar 
3. Click on the builder icon again to open the build sidebar
4. See that the menu sidebar closes (bug)

Expected Result

Menu sidebar and builder sidebar could be visualized together after closing one of them
