Steps to reproduce

1. Compile master branch aiming to build a DXP environment (master + private modules) following these instructions or access the local server http://192.168.109.174:7400/.
2. Go to Content & Data > Forms
3. Edit the Form Test Structure

Actual result
Form doesn't open to edit and errors are displayed on browser's console.

Expected result
Form opens to edit without errors.
