Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new User
   1. Don't forget to select site in memberships
2. Go to Content & Data > Forms
3. Add a new Form
4. Add a Upload Field
5. Publish the Form
6. Copy the public URL created after publish the Form
7. Log out and Log in with the new User created previously
8. Go to the public URL
9. Fill out the Form and hit the Submit button

Actual result
The Form can't be submitted and some errors are displayed on the browser console.
