A document type can not be added a new field after upgrade

Steps to reproduce:

1. Startup 7.0.x GA7
2. Go to Liferay site > Documents and media >Metadata sets
3. Add new metadata set with the following field
   • Text 
4. Go to Liferay site > Documents and media >Document types
5. Add new type with the metadata set
6. Shut down 7.0.x GA7
7. Upgrade it to master
8. Go to Documents and media
9. Try to edit the document type
10. Add a new field for this document type
11. Click save

Expected Results:
The document type can be edited and saved successfully

Actual Results:
The document can not be edited and saved, error will display: "*Error:*Your request failed to complete."

The title also can not be edited after the upgrade.
