Video files (mov, mpeg4) does not show warning message that defines allowed fields

Description
Video files (with big sizes) such as mov and mpeg do not show the warning message saying this type of file is not allowed, as happens with mp3 for example.
 
Steps to reproduce
 

1. Go to Content and Data > Forms > Add a new Form
2. Add an upload field
3. Allow guest users
4. Publish and copy the link of the Form
5. Add a .mov file in an incognito tab.

Expected Result
The following message should be shown Please enter a file with a valid extension (doc, docx, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, tiff, txt, xls, xlsx).
 
Actual Result
Nothing is shown and the file is not selected
