When converting a widget page to a content page, the "Container Width" value is set to "Fluid" by default.  However, the option "Fixed Width" more closely resembles the page prior to conversion, so it should be used instead.

This has been determined to be a bug as per PTR-2151, at least with the Classic theme and possibly any other themes which extend the Classic Theme.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create some basic web contents
2. Create a test widget page, and display the web contents in a web contents widget
3. In Site Builder > Pages > test page > options menu, select "Convert to content page"
4. Publish

Results of Testing

Expected Result: The web contents width remains the same

Actual Results: The web contents expands to both sides of the page
