Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Forms
2. Add a new Form
3. Add a Color or Date field
4. Add 10 Text Fields or a number of fields which will make the browser window display a scroll.
5. Publish the Form
6. Access the public URL
7. Click on the Color (or Date) field button to display its options
8. Scroll down until the bottom of the Form

Expected result
The dropdown with options remain where it is.

Actual result
The dropdown with options move down following scroll down.
