Country flag icon and label are not being displayed correctly for Serbian latin

Description

When choosing a language to translate, if the user chooses Serbian (Serbia,latin) the country flag icon and label are not displayed correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > Instance Settings > Localization and add Serbian (Serbia,latin) to the current languages; 
2. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structure tab  and create a new Structure;
3. Click to change the language to translate and choose Serbian;

Expected Result

The selected language country flag and label should be visible.

Actual Result

The language's country flag is not visible and the label is truncated. (ActualResult_Jan07_LPS-125571.mp4)
