Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a bundle
2. Create a basic web content
3. Select a Featured image from your computer less than 50kb size
4. Save the web content
5. Edit the web content and try to save it again

Expected behavior: Web content is saved successfully

Current behavior: Can't save the web content, error message says "Please select an existing small image"

Notes:

• It's only reproducible if you select the featured image locally, if you select it from URL, it works
