1. Move modules from modules/apps/portal-mobile-device-detection-fiftyonedegrees/ and modules/dxp/apps/portal-mobile-device-detection-fiftyonedegrees-enterprise to modules/archived in master and 7.3.x.
2. Remove app.bnd
3. Replace .lfrbuild-portal with .lfrbuild-portal-deprecated
4. Move releng files
5. Run tests to make sure no new failures are introduced to upstream
