Description
Clicking on the rule, in the right sidebar, redirects the user to Fields tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > Applications > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > Add some fields in the Form Builder;
3. Create a rule;
4. Click in the rule to expand it.

Expected Result
The fields tab is NOT shown and the Form input name is NOT focused.

Actual Result
The fields tab is shown and the Form input name is focused.
