Focus is not set to the default title when trying to save a Structure without default title

Description

When trying to save a Structure without the default language, an error message prevents the user to save it, but the focus is not set to the default title, and as the message is too generic it's easy to miss the error cause.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures tab > Create new structure;
2. Add some fields and change the language of translation;
3. Add a translation title and click on save;
4. Observe the generic error message (bug)

Expected Result

Error message should be more assertive or the focus should be set to the Default language title.

Actual Result

The error message is displayed, but it's too generic, thus it's easy to miss the reason of the error. (ActualResult_Jan19_LPS-126020.mp4)
