Grid field translated options are not displayed when in a fieldset in a structure

Description

For a Grid field that is on a fieldset, it's translated values are not displayed when it's added to a structure.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures tab > Create new structure;
2. Go to Fieldset tab and create a fieldset with a Grid field;
3. Add a translation to the grid options and save it;
4. Insert the fieldset on the structure and change the language to the one translated for the fieldset (bug)

Expected Result

Fieldset translations should be displayed when translating a structure.

Actual Result

The translated options of a Grid field inside a fieldset are not displayed. (ActualResult_Jan19_LPS-126022.mp4)
