Notification changes and can't be deleted after putting the web content to the Recycle Bin

Reproduction Steps:

1. Start a 7.2x bundle
2. Create a web content, put it on a page
3. Enable the comments, subscribe to them
4. Create another user, comment on the web content with it
5. Check the admin's notifications, there is the active_wc.png one
6. Put the web content into the Recycle Bin
7. Check the notifications again, it's changed to deleted_wc.png and you can't remove the notification from the list
8. Restore the web content
9. Check the notification again

Expected behavior: You should be able to delete the notification after step 6, also notification should be restored after step 9

Current behavior: Notification changes and can't be deleted after step 6, also notification disappears after step 9
