Issue:

1. Set the default language to Greek in Control Panel > Configuration> Instance setting (set only 2 current languages: English and Greek)
2. Create a Form with a 'Select from List' field with some options and mark it as a required field
3. Add Greek translation to the Form
4. Save and Publish the form
5. Add a Language Selector to the Portal and change the language to Greek
6. Click on the "Choose on Option" line

Expected result: The whole Form translated to Greek
Actual result: The 'Choose an Option" line is not translated.
