Addition the Site's name to the error obtained when publishing content with missing references using remote Staging.

      Improvement of the information displayed in error obtained when publishing content with missing references using remote Staging.

      When a missing reference error happens to publish content with remote Staging, the error displays information about the detail of the missing reference. That is helpful to the users to can resolve the missing reference. The problem is that the Site's ID is shown instead of the Site's name in the error message. This difficult the identification of the problematic resource. The improvement requested is adding the Site's name to the error message to identify the problematic reference easily.

      To resolve this issue in 7.3 and master, it is necessary to resolve first LPS-126729.

      Steps to reproduce:

      #Create two Sites called "SiteA" and "SiteB".
      #Configure remote Staging in "SiteA".
      #In the "SiteA", create a Structure called "StructureA" with an Image Field.
      #In the "SiteB", upload an image to Document and Media.
      #Create a Web Content based on "StructureA" and select the image uploaded previously in the "SiteB".
      #Publish to Live.

        Wanted: The error message displays the missing reference information with the implicated Site's ID and name.
        Current: The error message displays only the Site's ID of the missing reference.
