Field Label for Video URL not clear from CK Editor Toolbar

The modal for inserting a video from CKEditor in a Basic Web Content for example isn't very clear or helpful to the user.

Expected:

• Label should say Video URL
• Underneath form fields there should be listed which Video services are supported before finding a video URL

Actual:

• User given no guidance on how to fill out the form (missing tooltips)
• Label is obscure
• No note is made as to which video services are supported.
