1. Add the following property:
2. Set up SMTP to receive emails from the portal
3. Go to System Settings - Web Content - Virtual Instance Scope - Web Content and set Check Interval to 1
4. Create a new user
5. Assign the user to the default site and give them the Administrator role
6. As the new user create a new Web Content article setting the Review Date 1 minute into the future
7. Deactivate the new user
No notification email would be sent to the deactivated user.
A notification email is sent to the deactivate user.
