Steps to reproduce

1. Start portal and wait for the company indexes to be created
2. Deploy an IndexSettingsContributor that adds mappings to the company indexes

Expected Result
New mappings should be added to the company indexes immediately

Actual Result
New mappings are only added to the company indexes after a full reindex
