'Undo' button does not follow a pattern

  Description

It is a usability improvement, when writing a text the undo button erase more than one word at a time, and does not follow a pattern. video: (UndoButton.mp4)
  Pre-conditions

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Go to Product Menu > Content & Data > Documents and Media > Document Types;
2.  Create a new Document;
3.  Go to builder;
4. Go to advanced.
5. Add rich text field;
6. Write a text;
7. Try the undo button;

Expected Result

It should undo one world at a time or undo the words depending on the time.

  Actual Result

It erase more than one word a time, and does not follow a pattern.
