Missing link in web content display widget to edit scheduled web content article

Reproduction Steps:

1. Set up DXP 7.2 with the latest fix pack.
2. Go to Site Builder --> Pages and add a widget page
3. Go to the Page and place a Web Content Display Portlet from the upper right "+"
4. Click on "+" of the Portlet and add basic web content and schedule it to be displayed in the future, and check the web content display portlet.

Actual result: "Content" is scheduled and will be displayed on "date and time"

Expected Result: You will see the link "Content" is not approved", where you can directly click it and edit the web content.
