Web content version comparison does not work if an editor has been deleted

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a 7,2 bundle with the latest fix pack (10)
2. Create a web content
3. Create another admin user, login with that
4. Edit the web content
5. Delete that user (deactivate then delete)
6. Go to the web content's history
7. Click on one of the version's context menu -> Compare to
8. Select the other version

Expected behavior: You can compare the versions without any issues

Current behavior: "Compare Versions is temporarily unavailable." error message, exception in the log

Also tested:
 7.2x @ commit (0ac43eb4964e003ac337558eca26717ec705f66e) reproduced
 master @ commit (9272e31bc0297f9ad114de2c3a67f68aec8ea3cd) reproduced, the difference is that there are only a blank screen, no error nor exception
