Currently logic to obtain fileEntryId for an image can be found in following classes:

• BackgroundImageFragmentEntryProcessor
• ImageEditableElementParser
• RenderLayoutStructureDisplayContext

The goal of this task is to extract the parts of the code that can be reused to a common Class, thus improving maintainability.
