Request fails when saving a structure that has a select field without option translation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content and click on the Structures tab;
2. Click to add a new structure;
3. Drag a Select from List field to the structure's body and add one or more options to it;
4. Select a new language besides the structure's default;
5. Only add a translation for field's label;
6. Try to save the structure.

Actual behavior:
The structure is not saved and a generic error message appears at the bottom of the page.

Expected behavior:
The structure is successfully saved.

Note: this happens because no translation was added to the options either. A user shouldn't have to edit the options when adding a translation to the structure.
