Alphabetical order do not work with accented words

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new form with a Select from list field
2. Add some options:
   1. A
   2. Z
   3. Á
   4. Ó
3. In the advanced tab mark "order options alphabetically"
4. Publish
5. Add a forms portlet in a page and configure it to use the form
6. click on the select from list field

Expected: the order is "A, Á, Ó, Z"

Current: the order is "A, Z, Á, Ó"
