Intro/Context:

In order to introduce menus based on categories we need to introduce a way to select and add Page Display as a new type of menu item.

This will allow to create menus with Pages and Display Pages for documents, webcontent, and blogs when they have a display page template associated types of items. Once we have this implemented we will add support for categories using LPS-105049.
