Description

Motivation

With this epic, along with the ~~LPS-111803~~, we want to provide the integration of PageSpeed for the community version. Metrics will show in a different panel from where the content performance metrics currently are.

As PageSpeed will be consumed by customers through their own API key, a place to configure it and other settings is needed.
