Description
Content authors are concerned with reaching the right audiences by ensuring their content has adequate visibility in search engines. Page audit empowers authors to quickly check on the page's compliance with best practices in terms of performance, accessibility, search engine metadata and SEO.
In this epic we set out to build a configuration that will enable content authors to designate how often a page audit is conducted. This will allow our customers to strike their desired balance between their recency of results and performance.
Requirements
- There will be a check: Enable data retrieval caching. It will be checked by default. When disabled, Page Audit will launch every time the panel is opened. When checked, the following field will be enabled:
- Label: Cached Data Expiration Time
- Help text: Define the period, in minutes, in which the page audit retrieved data are cleared
- Default value: 1440 (24h)
- System settings values are overwritten by Instance values for a particular instance, but the feature has to be enabled in the system level for the instance settings to show it.
