The search bar is disabled when search an inexistent entry in Teams admin

Step to reproduce:

1. Product Menu > People > Teams
2. Add a new team named New Team
3. Search user in seach bar of Teams admin

Expected Results:
The 0 Results for user should be shown and the search bar should be still enabled.

Actual Results:
The 0 Results for user is shown but the seach bar is disabled.

Tomcat 9.0.40 + MySQL 5.7. Portal master GIT ID: f2be83b68c0bb42b461a96ef7fdb7e07ced8375f.

Note: this issue also happens on Memerships admin.
