3 dots actions button is not inline with Web content title in Asset Publisher (only 7.2.x)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a web content
2. Add Asset Publisher widget to the page
3. Configure Asset Publisher to Display Template -> Abstracts and Asset Link Behaviour -> Show full contents 
4. Publish and go out of edit mode, now select the web content by clicking on the title

Expected: Actions 3 dots is inline with Back button and title in Asset Publisher
Actual: Actions 3 dots is not inline with Back button and title in Asset Publisher (check attached image)
