Web Content can't be added twice in a row if Changeable Default Language is enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Use a vanilla bundle with the latest fix pack (fix pack dxp-10).
2.) Go to Control Panel --> Configuration --> System Settings --> Web Content --> System Scope --> Administration. Here check "Changeable Default Language" and save the settings.
3.) Add some web content by pressing +
4.) Save as a draft, publish, cancel or just go back
5.) Try to add one more web content by clicking +

Result: Nothing happened when selecting a structure. By refreshing the page you will be able to make a new selection that will work.
