Description
The upload field translation is not persisted in Web Content after publishing
Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structure
2. Add a Structure with an upload field;
3. Add a Web Content with the created Structure;
4. Type a title and add a file;
5. Change the language;
6. Type a title and add another file;
7. Publish the Web Content;
8. Return to the created Web Content;
9. Change the language to the translated one.
   Expected Result
   The file selected in the translation language is persisted
   Actual Result
   The file selected in the default language is persisted in the translation
