Issue
An error is thrown in the browser's console when loading site roles.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new user
2. Assign the user to the Liferay site
3. Go to the Roles tab, and select Site Role

Expected Behavior
No errors in browser's console.

Actual result

TypeError: Cannot read property 'deleteRolesURL' of undefined at Object.propsTransformer [as default] (ViewRolesManagementToolbarPropsTransformer.js:18)

Taking an additional step to search for a role will display "Please select a tool from the left menu" on a blank page.
